Founded in 1994, NuShoe is a service provider to the footwear industry. Our three main business segments are a)consumer-facing repair programs, b) handling quality correction issues for brands on inventory that lands in the US and needs to be corrected before being sold and c) processing wholesale and E-com returns for brands through operational outsourcing. NuShoe handles millions of pairs annually in returns and quality corrections.

NuShoe Returns processing:

• Process the return – inspect, retissue, rebox, return to stock
• Credit the consumer
• Filter various levels of jobbers, donations, recycling
• For some brands, reports on defects for commercialization purposes
• Handling both wholesale and Ecom returns
• Currently processing 1.5M+ pairs annually
