Capacity and Happy Returns

  1. Return Process Integration: Happy Returns platform is fully integrated with Capacity's WMS for a seemless transfer of return data including return information, return authorization, shipping lables and return reasons.
  2. Return Handling: When a customer initiates a return through Happy Returns, the system works in tandem with Capacity's logistics infrastructure. This partnerships involves the routing of returned items to Capacity's facilities for processing and inspection.
  3. Inspection and Processing: Capacity inspects and process the returned items received from Happy Returns and assesses the condition of returned products, categorizes them for restocking, refurbishment, recycling, or disposal based on the retailer's preferences.
  4. Restocking or Disposition: Items deemed suitable for restocking will be reintegrated into the retailer's inventory by Capacity after necessary quality checks. Other items might undergo further processing as required.
  5. Data and Reporting: Throughout this process, both Happy Returns and Capacity provide data and reporting to the retailer regarding return trends, item conditions, and other relevant analytics.
